SMD transistor BC 557 (ident Q2) is faulty on PCB 8004v3.0, replace it. Details : Refer Image 3

Elevation up problem

Check relay goodsky - GL-S-112D (ident RL 2) is faulty on PCB 8005v3.0,replace it. Details : Refer Image 2

Required speed or elevation not obtained

AD 8031 (ident U9) for speed is faulty, replace it. IC AD 8031 (ident U8) for elevation is faulty on PCB 12003v1, replace this IC. Details : Refer Image 1

IC 7407 (ident U13) is faulty on PCB 12003v1, replace it. Details : Refer Image 1

Speed problem (Speed is very slow or very fast)

Solution :DIP IC UC 3843 (ident U1) is faulty on PCB 8004v2.0, replace it.Details : Refer Image 3

IGBT 30N60 (ident Q3) is faulty on PCB 8005v3.0, replace it.Details : Refer Image 2

SMD Resistor 4.7Kohm (ident R23) is shorted (Check on multi-meter whether it is shorted) on PCB 8005v3.0. Replace it. Details : Refer Image 2

The main acqusition screen hangs

Select the USB option from configuration menu.

IC MAX323 (Ident U1) is faulty on PCB 12003v1 replace it. You will also have to replace tantalum capacitors 1uf/25v (ident C1,C2,C3,C4) . If this IC is faulty then communication is established but the speed and elevation may vary.Details : Refer Image 1
